Eco-Wedding Tip

Rent or use real dishes or china rather than disposables for place settings at your reception or rehearsal dinner. If you must use disposables, buy dishes made of post-consumer recycled paper and ask your catering company to use them instead.

Check out these paper plates from Eco-Products! Their line of 100% sugarcane plates are 100% biodegradable and can be composted!

Are you renting china or buying recycled-disposable?

We're going with dinnerware that can be composted rather than thrown out in a landfill. I would prefer to use real dishes, but since we're hosting the wedding at my family's cottage, it's more work and cost than we'd like to invest to it. Thanks for the link!
